Which birds can you find during this tour?
This 8-kilometer tour lasts approximately three hours (depending on the river flow). You can enjoy different bird sightings, both in and on the waterfront as in the air, such as:
- White-throated Dipper;
- Kingfisher;
- Grey Heron;
- Sand Martin;
- Mallard.
This tour is led by local, English-speaking guides. They are experienced birdwatchers and will take care of a fun and safe canoeing experience on the Sella, Asturias´ most famous river.
What do you need for this tour?
For this birdwatching tour, we provide you with all the technical equipment you need: life jackets, wetsuits and waterproof drums to store your belongings. You only need to bring your own swimsuit, towel, water footwear, cap, sun cream, and your smartphone fully charged. Furthermore, we provide you with binoculars and a bird guidebook.

Overview
The tour begins at the Canoe Rental Centre where you meet your guide to start the birdwatching and canoeing.
You can do this activity individually, in pairs, or groups of up to 10 people. This activity needs at least 4 people to take place. These people can be from the same or from different groups.
Everyone can participate in this activity, you only need to be over 5 years old and know how to swim.
